Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Proposals and quotes
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Work starts only after a signed agreement or an accepted quote and any agreed advance payment.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Late payment may pause work and hosting or support services until the account is settled.
Intellectual property
On full payment you own the custom deliverables we create for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. Third-party software, fonts, images and plugins remain subject to their own licences.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content and timely feedback, and for having the rights to any material you give us.
Hosting, domains and renewals
Domains, hosting and care plans renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send a renewal invoice before the expiry date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
